Company Background and Philosophy

Regency Builders & Remodelers, Inc. was formed in 1986 and incorporated January 29, 1991. It grew out of Trevor S. Bailey's personal desire to bring integrity, quality, and value to the building industry. Trevor's efforts have grown from a one man effort to over 1.5 million dollars a year that served well over a thousand residential customers and dozens of commercial customers. Approximately 50% of the business is commercial and 50% residential. The projects have ranged in size from one day's effort to over $250,000. Over half of Regency's business is referrals or repeat customers. In order to properly serve his customers on a personal bases, Trevor restricts his projects to those located within the state of Florida.

INTEGRITY
I am totally honest with my customers in all my dealings and do everything in my power to live up to my word. Words are a commitment to me and form the bases of trust which is essential to a successful project. Every recommendation that I make to my clients is based upon my understanding of the goals of my clients--never on my pocketbook. One of my primary tasks is to achieve the client's goals at the minimum cost without sacrificing quality. I take this responsibility very seriously.

QUALITY
I simply will not cut corners! I buy the highest quality materials consistent with the desired project, and use the best craftsmen I know in the business. Once a craftsmen proves to me that he or she can maintain my standards, I will use that company or individual from that point forward.

DEPENDABILITY
Very simply, I honor my commitments to my clients. I am on time for appointments, readily available by
telephone day and night, and do every thing within my power to complete my projects on time. Do I always meet project deadlines? No, but it is not for lack of trying and I do keep my clients informed of any changing deadlines and the reasons for those changes. Weather, accidents, illness, shipment delays, etc. are sometimes beyond my control.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES
Regency Builders offers a full range of residential services for renovations, remodeling, and repairs both interior and exterior. I like to tell my residential customers that I am their family contractor just like they have a family doctor or lawyer. Anytime they have a project to evaluate, just call me and I will meet with them to discuss it.

Commercial services include total facility maintenance, remodeling, and buildouts. Industries serviced have included restaurant chains, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, service, medical, and churches.

VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR
Simply put, I provide a quality service, product, and warranty at a reasonable price. I keep the cost to my clients at a reasonable level by operating on a modest profit margin, keeping overhead low, and securing reasonable prices for materials and subcontractors.

NO HASSLE WARRANTY
Real simple—If you have a problem in the future, give me a call. I won't put you off or hassle you. I am proud of our work and I want you as a happy customer. It is the only ethical thing to do and quite frankly, it is the proper business thing to do. I wish I could say that I have never had a call back but I do get a few of them. All have been minor and all have been resolved. Our goal is to do it right the first time. This not only reduces overhead but also accounts for the very few callbacks that we have experienced.
